Support Programs

For Web Design Customers: If you are a hosting customer these terms do not apply to you.

Existing Customers: We no longer offer support outside of our 30 day support time, except for those using our Mainteance agreemnet support.

Maintaining current sites only. Excludes new jobs.

Hourly jobs within 72 hours turnover excluding weekeneds and holidays. Other jobs scheduled priority within 7 days. for 1-2 hour increments.
anything over 2 hours priority scheduling.

Your Check or payment must be cleared in full before our support agreement goes into effect. We do not accept Paypal for support customers.
E-mail/phone consultation (Up to 2 hours total general Internet orientation education, marketing strategy, Web design consultation, and helping clients learn to use their own webpage editor if desiured. Telephone long distance charges are in addition to package rates quoted. Additional education and consultation is at our current hourly rate.)

What can maintenance be used for?

• Picture changes
• Text changes
• Consultation
• Optimization of images and html coding (not SEO)
• New pages

In order for us to perform your website maintenance, an Annual Design Maintenance Agreement (ADMA) will be necessary. Design maintenance, often called “changes” or “updates”, is defined as maintenance to an existing website to keep content fresh and up-to-date.
