Files must be transferred to the web server via File Transport Protocol (FTP).

If you use WSFTP:

Your ftp settings would be as follows:
Profile Name: any name (doesn't matter)
Host Name/Address: yourdomain.com
Host Type: Automatic Detect
User ID: type in your cPanel
Password: type in your cPanel password
Save Password box: Put a check in this box
Anonymous box: Leave this blank
Account: Leave this blank

Don't add anything else to your settings like "ftp://"

If you use Front Page to work on your site you will need to wait until your domain name is resolving to our servers, then use your cpanel username and password in FrontPage to upload your site.

You can also use the FTP function that is built into Internet Explorer. Just type ftp://www.yourdomain.com into your browser's address bar. Then when prompted type in your username and password.
